Important scope and production information

The following provisions apply only where the relevant
research, strategic, creative or audiovisual work is included in the specific
service purchased, as described on the applicable product page.

This service does not constitute a complete operational,
financial, customer-data or legal audit and does not guarantee that
repositioning will improve commercial performance. The included research is
qualitative, based on publicly available sources and focused on supporting
strategic brand decisions.

It is not quantitative or primary market research and does
not include customer interviews or surveys, representative samples, market
sizing, statistical demand validation, paid-database research, exhaustive
competitor intelligence, a business plan, financial validation, legal due
diligence, legal advice, trademark clearance or proof of commercial viability.
No guarantee of sales, growth or commercial performance is provided.

One consolidated strategic and creative direction is
included. Multiple alternative strategies, unrelated creative routes, competing
logo concepts or open-ended creative exploration are outside the standard
scope. Requests resulting from a change of preference after approval are
treated as additional paid work.

The included film revision round covers consolidated minor
editing adjustments and is subject to technical feasibility. Changes requiring
scene regeneration, new visual elements, substantial character or location
alterations, a new concept, a new script or a departure from the approved
creative direction are outside the standard scope and may require additional
paid production. Corrections necessary to align the film with the approved
creative materials remain included.

The final result is one coherent identity system designed to
make the business’s existing value easier to recognize and strengthen its
clarity, distinction and consistency.

Visual materials, including images and videos, are created
using AI-assisted production tools under the Studio’s creative direction.

Due to the technical nature of generative AI, certain highly
specific requests involving exact faces, movements, objects, environments,
continuity or visual details may not be reproducible with complete precision.
The Studio will therefore interpret the approved creative direction within the
technical capabilities of the production tools and cannot guarantee the exact
execution of every individual visual request.

Minor visual inconsistencies or variations may occur between
generated scenes. These will be reduced through selection, editing and
post-production whenever reasonably possible, but cannot always be eliminated
completely.

Available exclusively to previous Beyond Homelands Studio clients

A brand identity creates value only when it is applied consistently. The 30-Day Brand Activation Cycle helps clients publish, promote and extend the identity created through Brand Genesis, Brand Evolution or Signature Brand World.

During the 30-day cycle, Beyond Homelands Studio publishes the approved brand assets on the client’s YouTube and TikTok channels, supports their initial paid promotion and creates one additional video aligned with the previously approved brand identity.

What is included

Initial YouTube activation

  • Upload of the previously produced brand film to the client’s YouTube channel.
  • Video title, description and basic publishing setup.
  • Activation of a YouTube promotional campaign using the advertising budget funded by the client.
  • Campaign configuration aligned with the approved target, positioning and brand direction.

Initial TikTok activation

  • Upload of the previously produced vertical short to the client’s TikTok account.
  • Caption and basic publishing setup.
  • Activation of a TikTok promotional campaign using the advertising budget funded by the client, where the account, content and selected market are eligible.

Additional content production

  • Creation of one additional brand video.
  • Approximate duration: 45 seconds.
  • Delivered in up to 4K resolution, depending on the source materials and production workflow.
  • Creation of one vertical short derived from the new video.
  • Creative direction aligned with the client’s approved brand identity, positioning, visual system and narrative territory.
  • Upload of the new video and short at the end of the 30-day activation cycle.

Campaign coordination

  • Basic monitoring of the activated promotional campaigns during the service period.
  • Reasonable adjustments within the agreed advertising budget and the options made available by the platforms.
  • Final summary of the content published and promotional activity completed.

Service duration

The service lasts 30 consecutive days from the activation date.

The activation date begins only after:

  • payment has been completed;
  • the client has provided the required channel and advertising-account permissions;
  • the relevant accounts are active and usable;
  • billing methods have been correctly configured by the client;
  • all required materials and information have been received in a complete and usable format.

Any delay in providing access, information, approvals or usable materials will postpone the activation date and the related delivery schedule.

Client access requirements

The client must provide the Studio with the permissions required to upload content and manage promotional activity on the selected YouTube and TikTok accounts.

Access should be granted through the official permission and business-management tools provided by each platform. Passwords should not be shared where role-based access is available.

The client remains the owner and administrator of all channels, advertising accounts, audience data and platform billing information.

Beyond Homelands Studio is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, verification requirements or technical limitations imposed by the platforms.

Advertising budget

The advertising budget is not included in the €990 service price.

The client determines and funds the advertising budget directly through the relevant advertising platform.

Beyond Homelands Studio does not advance advertising expenditure and does not guarantee that a campaign will spend the full budget if account status, audience size, content eligibility, market conditions or platform restrictions prevent delivery.

Campaign reach, views, engagement, leads, sales and other commercial results are not guaranteed.

Creative direction and revisions

The additional video and short are produced as an extension of the strategic, visual and narrative direction previously approved through the client’s Brand Genesis, Brand Evolution or Signature Brand World project.

The service does not include a new strategic phase, alternative concepts or client-requested creative revisions.

The Studio may correct technical errors or elements that do not conform to the approved brand system before publication.

Service boundaries

The 30-Day Brand Activation Cycle is not a complete social media management service.

It does not include:

  • daily or recurring social media publishing beyond the content listed above;
  • community management;
  • replies to comments or private messages;
  • customer service;
  • influencer management;
  • creation of additional posts or advertising assets;
  • management of platforms other than YouTube and TikTok;
  • creation of a new brand strategy or creative direction.

Renewal

The service may be renewed through the purchase of an additional 30-day activation cycle.

Each renewed cycle includes:

  • one new approximately 45-second brand video;
  • one vertical short derived from the video;
  • publication on the agreed YouTube and TikTok channels;
  • activation or continuation of promotional campaigns based on the advertising budget funded by the client;
  • basic campaign monitoring during the service period.

Each renewal remains subject to Studio availability, active and usable client accounts, platform eligibility and receipt of all required materials.

Important Service Information

This service provides one consolidated strategic and creative direction and includes qualitative research based on publicly available sources. It does not include quantitative market research, legal or financial due diligence, trademark clearance, multiple competing creative routes or any guarantee of sales or commercial performance.

Visual materials are created using AI-assisted production tools and are subject to the technical limitations of generative production.
